Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· Minimum 5 years' experience in digital design, instructional design, or (e)Learning development.
· Experience translating process-heavy subject matter into engaging content.
· Experience designing, updating and modernizing existing learning content.
· Proven delivery of SCORM-compliant learning modules.
· Strong multimedia design and presentation capability.
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization and troubleshooting.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, sufficient to independently create graphics video, audio, and multimedia assets.
· Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline
· Ability to provide own licensed software, subscriptions, and suitable equipment required to perform the services.
· A license to a stock content library (e.g. Adobe stock, Envato Elements, Shutterstock, etc.) All licences must permit the IWC to provide deliverables that can be used by the NCIA in perpetuity.
