Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· University level qualification in a related discipline (Civil/Mechanical or Electrical (High voltage) Engineering), or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience
· 10+ years of experience as a senior project manager for large office redevelopment projects on behalf of the end user, in an international organisation or a national public administration (civil
· or military)
· Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
· Good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties
· Good knowledge of programme and project management methods
· Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
· Experience in programme management at major unit or executive level
· Ability to produce succinct, well-structured and effective staff papers, presentations and correspondence
· Excellent written and verbal skills with a proven ability to write English to a very high standard
· Ability to facilitate/present with strong persuasion to secure buy-in and highly effective negotiating skills to achieve desired outcomes including business growth
· Ability to multi-task, manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing high-quality products under short-notice deadlines
