Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project management of acquisition and / or capability development projects for a large organization.
· Proven experience working with technical teams across multiple technical domains, including applications, infrastructure, networking and cyber security.
· Demonstrated experience managing dependencies, risks and issues.
· Experience operating in structured, policy-driven environments with defined governance and security requirements.
· Formal training or demonstrable experience in complex project management.
· Familiarity with transition to service.
· Familiarity with NATO and C4ISR environment.
· Strong experience using Project Management tools, estimating, planning and managing cost and labour
· Relevant experience in leading a cross functional team, preferably in international environment.
· Relevant experience in project control (quality, resource management, scope and budget)
· Experience in training, education or mission-support environments involving CIS systems.
· Has a recognized formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
