Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent — minimum Level 6
English — minimum B2
5+ years of relevant professional IT experience
3+ years of experience in a similar/relevant position
3+ years of experience coordinating ICT projects/initiatives
Experience coordinating at least 2 ICT infrastructure projects
Experience coordinating dependencies across at least 3 technical domains: Network, Cloud/Data Centre, Databases, IAM, Endpoint/Workplace, Cybersecurity/Architecture, Monitoring or Service Operations
Experience with supplier engagement, procurement, PoCs or ICT contract implementation
Experience with project/service management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Planner or equivalent
Knowledge of ICT project lifecycle, governance and delivery methods, including PM² or equivalent
Knowledge of ICT infrastructure
Experience with planning and control tools
Knowledge of ICT service management, change management and transition to service
Experience in stakeholder, supplier and contract coordination
Ability to translate business requirements into technical actions, deliverables and acceptance criteria
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, facilitation, reporting and documentation skills
