Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
7+ years of experience as a Systems/IT Administrator in a mixed-OS environment
Strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration — required
Working knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active Directory
Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)
Experience with Red Hat Satellite, SELinux, and firewalld
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, RHV/KVM, or Hyper-V)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
Experience with Ansible (strongly preferred) or other configuration management/automation tools
RHCSA or RHCE certification required/strongly preferred; Microsoft/Windows certification a plus
Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
