Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· Vocational Training at higher level in Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or Diploma of secondary education, with 5 years of related experience;
· Experience in Order and Inventory Management methods within an Asset Management Database. e.g. Oracle;
· Experience in activities which involve the provision of administrative assistance to compile, verify, record and process forms and documents.
· The IWC should have relevant experience in Asset Management, processing of incoming and outgoing assets.
· Experience with Asset Management tools, for recording and processing of assets.
· Experience with ITSM ticketing system for monitoring and processing of incoming service requests.
· Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
· Experience in the following areas would be desirable: NATO and NCI Agency environments; international military and civilian settings; Knowledge of NATO Logistics Regulations; Basic knowledge of IT hardware; Asset Management toolsets and Microsoft Office packages.
