Degree: University degree in ICT/IT or a related field
English: Minimum B2 level (CEFR)
IT Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT
Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role/project or similar position
Software Deployment Management: Strong experience
Software Release Management: Experience
RUP and/or Agile methodologies: Knowledge
Application Servers: Knowledge
Build & Deployment Tools: Knowledge, e.g. Ant, Azure Pipelines
Development Tools: Knowledge
RDBMS: Knowledge
ASP.NET: Strong experience with administration and troubleshooting
Microsoft IIS: Strong experience, including:
IIS configuration
Application Pools
Websites
Bindings
SSL certificates
Authentication mechanisms
Active Directory: Knowledge/integration experience
Group Policies: Knowledge
Service Accounts: Knowledge
Windows Security Concepts: Knowledge
CI/CD: Strong experience managing CI/CD for complex, mission-critical enterprise systems
Azure DevOps: Mandatory
Git: Strong experience with Git-based workflows
CI/CD Pipelines: Experience designing and maintaining pipelines for ASP.NET applications
Automation: Ability to automate application deployments and environment configuration updates
Communication: Excellent communication skills
International Environment: Ability to work effectively in an international/multicultural environment.
