Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience.
· Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
· At least 2 years' experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing collaboration tools and platforms within a digital ecosystem of an organization.
· Experience deploying communication and collaboration software (such as video conferencing systems, team messaging applications, and document sharing platforms).
· Proven experience in the configuration and operation of Voice and VTC core systems and end devices.
· Proven experience in deployment and configuration of security features in the voice and VTC domains (TLS, PKI, IPSec, etc.).
· Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to resolving QoS and technical issues in complex IP networks.
· Excellent knowledge of SIP, H.323 and PSTN signalling protocols.
· Good working knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.
· Experience providing end users support.
· Training/Certifications: Certified ITIL Foundation
