Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
· Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience in a technical support or helpdesk role. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post- related experience.
· OS Expertise: Advanced proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11 Professional/Enterprise.
· Technical Skills: Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
· Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
· English language command - fluent (advanced).
