Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· At least 3 years of work experience relevant for Wellbeing and Inclusion
· Excellent level of verbal and written English
· Experience of managing, delivering and supporting projects including interventions and initiatives
· Experience of managing different communities such as employee networks/Staff Resource Groups
· A fast learner and able to pick up new concepts and strategies with ease
· Experience engaging with stakeholders of all levels, including leadership
· Organised, able to be proactive and take ownership
· Self-motivated with a positive growth mind-set
