Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience
· 4+ years recent LAN cabling support experience with Passive Network Infrastructure systems
· 4+ years recent CCNA level Access Layer support experience
· 2+ years recent experience with Cisco ISE client devices commissioning and resolving client device issues
· 1+ year recent experience with monitoring Cisco DNAc/CCC or equivalent
· 1+ year recent experience with Cisco Wireless Access Points and related configuration changes
· Recent experience with DNS and DHCP
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
· Experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
· French language proficiency for communications with external service providers
· ITIL working knowledge
· Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
· Experience with communication interfacing of Crypto systems
· Experience with Microsoft IPAM
