Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· A Master's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience. Or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years post related experience.
· A minimum of 4 years' experience in managing products
· A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing projects or services
· A minimum of 2 years' experience in line management of product, project or service managers
· Experience in customer engagement within large, complex organisations
Training/Certifications:
· Product manager/product owner certification
· Training of agile ways of working like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, and DaD
· Experience in sourcing and vendor management
