Minimum profile required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related field.
· 5+ years in change management and business communication, transformation, preferably in outsourcing or shared services environments.
· Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience and ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
