Minimum profile required
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required skills & experience
Knowledge of EO data ground segment.
Experience working on aerospace projects, ideally involving Earth Observation (EO) systems or satellite missions.
Familiarity in monitoring and reporting mission performance trends, data analysis, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and technical documentation.
Familiarity in incident and anomaly management processes and workflows within mission-critical environments. Familiarity in I&V processes.
Other skills:
Grafana: Experience with Grafana for monitoring, including using dashboards and leveraging various features for performance monitoring.
Familiarity with OData, STAC APIs and with SQL databases.
Strong communication and mediation skills.
Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies for service management and project execution.
