Minimum profile required
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
· The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
· Experience in Service Delivery in a customer support focused approach;
· Planning of IT networks and infrastructure to include LANs and WANs.
· Broad and in-depth technical knowledge and experience in distributed Information Systems
· Project planning experience and coordination for CIS Service Operation;
· Experience in converting operational requirements into IT requirements.
· ITIL Foundation certification; knowledge of Microsoft and VMware products.
· Experience in planning NATO exercises and events;
· Familiar with NATO applications and systems.
· University degree with 4 years related experience;
· Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including Allied Command Operations and Allied Command Transformation.
· Prior experience as a system administrator, system engineer or a network engineer working directly with IT systems, virtualizations and networking.
· Technical leadership experience;
