Minimum profile required
Education and Certifications
Design, implement, test and document Endpoints (all client unit types and multifunction Printers) while following standards and procedures. Create and update existing OS images for client.
Configure and test profiles for provisioning endpoints.
Develop, maintain and improve the full build process including environmental procedures and scripting, meeting standards of security and governance teams. Create and maintain deployment packages. Print server management.
Provide remote and on-site technical support and assistance (diagnose and resolve issues). Determine and maintain software upgrades and patch installs.
Assists the Solution Architect in the architecture design and definition.
Writes documentation related to design, installation, configurations of system parts related. Defining and documenting standard operating procedures. Works with Management team to manage expectations, deliverables and satisfaction.
